About the Project

This Loan Management System is a SaaS platform designed for microfinance institutions, cooperatives, and other non-deposit-taking lenders. It helps teams manage loan applications, track repayments, and streamline client data without relying on Excel or manual records.

Anchor Finance, a Rwandan financial service provider, is one of the early adopters of this system. The tool has replaced their traditional record-keeping with automated processes and has made it easier to manage loan cycles efficiently.

Project Goals

Our mission was to build a system that is powerful yet simple for staff with limited tech skills. The platform supports customer management, multi-branch operations, loan tracking, and real-time reporting—while remaining fast, secure, and accessible online.
